In July 2014 we secured our second franchise at a highly sought after 200m2 free standing commercial site at 442 Ripley Road, Ripley. First National Ripley Valley is located on the doorstep of the whole Ripley Valley Master Planned Community which will ultimately be the largest master planned community in Australia with over 25,000 planned home sites. Since that time our sales growth has grown exponentially and we have also grown our Rent Roll from approximately 250 properties to 400 properties now under management.
On the 5th of May 2015 the Directors of First National Brassall & Ripley Valley signed a contract to purchase The Property Palace to settle on the 30th June 2015. This is an independent sales and rentals business that has over the last 8 years consistently delivered sales figures in excess of $2 million per year in gross sales commission and $1 million per year in property management fees from its established Rent Roll of 650 properties under management.
On the 1st of July 2015 the Directors of First National Brassall & Ripley Valley purchased a large and highly successful independent real estate company known as The Property Palace. This was an independent sales and rentals business that had over the last 8 years consistently delivered sales figures in excess of $2 million per year in gross sales commission and $1 million per year in property management fees from its established Rent Roll of 650 properties under management.
This acquisition took our existing business from 400 to 1050 properties under management and over the last three months our three offices have achieved a minimum of 25 sales per month with 29 sales in our very first month of operation.

Our offices locations are located across Ipswich all in a prominent position with a vast volume of traffic passing by every day. Our offices are vibrant and inviting with ample parking for buyers and sellers alike and we are constantly surprised by the sheer volume of walk through traffic we see on a daily basis.
Not only do we service all suburbs of Ipswich our reach extends across surrounding council municipality’s including Fernvale, Lowood, Esk, Hatton Vale, Regency Downs, Marburg, Minden, Rosewood, Purga, Harrisville, Mutdapilly, Karana Downs and Mount Crosby to name just a few.
Our Brassall office is in the heart of Brassall at the Brassall Shopping Centre where you’ll find major supermarkets, specialty stores and various take away outlets. Brassall is a very popular established urban area which has seen new growth with the including new housing estates offering a that include primary and secondary schools, child care centres, sporting facilities, medical facilities, local tavern and boast some of Ipswich highest gross selling homes. It is only 5 minutes from the CBD and has easy access to the Warrego Highway for Brisbane or Toowoomba commuters. Surrounding suburbs to Brassall are North Ipswich, Woodend, Sadliers Crossing, Coalfalls, Tivoli, North Tivoli, Wulkuraka, Moores Pocket, West Ipswich, One Mile, Leichhardt, with some of the outer suburbs of Pine Mountain, Chuwar, Karalee, Blacksoil, Muirlea, Ironbark, Borallon Point and Kholo.
Our Booval office can be found on the corner of Brisbane Road and South Station Road directly opposite the Booval Shopping Centre, and in the vicinity of other major retail outlets.
Booval is one of Ipswich’s older established areas with surrounding suburbs of North Booval, Silkstone, Bundamba, Eastern Heights, Newtown, Riverview, Dinmore, Ebbw Vale and East Ipswich and Raceview. Not only does Booval embrace a great community atmosphere it also offers affordable housing and delivers a great lifestyle for families, singles and the elder population alike.
Ripley Valley Office
Our Ripley Valley office is located at the centre of one of the largest growth corridors in the Ipswich region with major housing developments already underway including Ecco and Providence at Ripley, Sovereign Pocket and Deebing Gardens at Deebing Heights as well as new developments about to start in Deebing Heights. Brisbane commuters have easy access to the Cunningham and Centenary Highways, and rail travelers can now access the new railway station at Springfield. Orion Shopping Precinct is just a 5 minute drive and offers supermarkets, specialty stores, home improvement outlets, and close by is the new Aquatic Centre and the Springfield University Campus. Already under construction is the Mater Private Hospital, the second stage of the Orion Shopping Complex adding a larger variety of supermarkets, specialty shops and a cinemas complex. Other future developments in the area will include schools, shopping centres, parks/sporting facilities and so much more. Aside from the future growth of this area there are a number of established suburbs surrounding Ripley and include Flinders View, Yamanto, Churchill and the acreage estate at Deebing Heights. For those who still would like to live a little further out but still want the convenience the city offers, outer areas on this side of Ipswich include Willowbank, Amberly, Purga, Peak Crossing, Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights and Brookwater.
